I have been having a recurring fear/dream. It involves me with a really great job. I get invited to swanky cocktail parties with high-profile clients. I wear really great clothes. I am virtually chic-as-hell. However, the whole concept pops when I realize I will also be living at home with my parents. Commuting to Chicago from DeKalb just does not seem fun to me. I need a sleepover job. Do those exist? Dear employers: if you offer 40+ grand a year, benefits and a housing option, contact me now. Thanks.
**EDIT: I realize that making that much money will mean I can buy an apartment quickly. But I'm scared, okay? I want financial security. Get it?
Yeah, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to find an apartment easily, especially in the Chicago area, and especially when you are chic-as-hell.
